• Credit card payments on our website are 100% safe and secure. After payment, you will receive our order confirmation email and the bank debit information. Please pay with confidence.
• Please note that an additional 2%-4% of the total amount may be charged as a handling fee for international credit card transactions. Which is normal. This fee is not charged by our company but charged by your credit card bank, you can check with your credit card bank for details.
2. Pay by AliPay or WeChat Pay:
• You can download Alipay or WeChat on your mobile phone, choose this payment option when you submit the order, scan our QR code, and pay directly. We'll see your payment and your order immediately.
3. Payment Note:
If the failure error is "Verification Failed", "Do Not Honor", or "Payment Declined", please call the bank to authorize the transaction, and then pay again to succeed. You can change to another card to pay if you have other credit cards. We recommend JCB/American Express cards. Or change a Browser and place a new order. The failed orders will be deleted automatically.
Please note that our system can only support 3 payments within 24 hours, even with different cards. To avoid payment failure, please confirm the card number, 3-digit security code, and expiration date when paying.

If payment with a JCB or American Express card fails and the failure reason is "Do Not Honor", please call the card company to authorize and then pay again, or reply to our customer service to say it has been approved.
